Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, Erth Inc. offers a lifetime warranty on all ErthCOVERINGS products when such products are installed on a structure that conforms to local building codes and in accordance with ErthCOVERINGS installation instructions.
This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from, and is not limited to:
This constitutes your entire warranty for the products purchased. To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties, whether expressed or implied are excluded. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and the first owner of the structure to which the products are applied. This Warranty shall not be transferred or assigned to any other party.
Proof of purchase and installation must be submitted with all claims. All claims must be in writing and received by Erth Inc. at the below address within 30 days of such failure occurring.
